Fortune 500 customer shared with wireless carriers direct team. Provided proposal, activations and training support to assist in new carrier winning the business. Customer utilized a competitors Push to Talk service for 100s of users and the potential new wireless carrier had issues winning the business from the incumbent carrier. The new wireless carrier brought in Wireless Experts to demonstrate their PTT service, features and advantages over the current carrier. Wireless Experts won the business resulting in porting 100s of lines to the new carrier which was managed onsite entirely by our team. Trained 100s of users onsite regarding the use of the new carriers PTT service and phones as well as how to utilize various PTT features offered by the former carrier.
